According to Section 2(3)(a) of Act No. 424/2023 Coll., on accessibility requirements for certain products and services, the obligations of said act do not apply to services provided by a service provider that is a microenterprise.
Go Afrika s.r.o. meets the criteria for a microenterprise according to Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC (fewer than 10 employees and annual turnover not exceeding EUR 2 million). For this reason, the above-mentioned website is currently not subject to digital accessibility requirements arising from Act No. 424/2023 Coll. or Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act).
